What is Orchestri?
Orchestri is a self-hosted workspace for tasks, AI agents, and connected tools. Use it for research, drafting, analysis, or software work. You direct the work and review the results; authorized automations can create and start recurring tasks for you.
Is this a hosted app I can sign up for?
This project is currently built for self-hosting. The homepage is a product introduction, and its board is an illustrative demo. Get started covers the source access and setup you need to run your own instance.
Do I need all of these tools to get started?
No. Tasks live in Orchestri’s own store. Gmail, Slack, Notion, and Jira are optional connections. Configure an agent runtime and a model provider to execute work; choose connections as you need them.
Does everything stay on my machine?
Your workspace is self-hosted, but where data goes depends on your choices. Local models can keep inference on your host. Cloud models, connected services, and optional tracing can send data off-host. Gmail access is read-only and account-specific.
Can my whole team use one installation?
Orchestri is currently designed around one operator, with a shared task store and login. It does not provide per-user roles or tenant isolation. People in a connected Slack channel can see notifications and make task-level decisions there.
